I'm Ariel. I'm a personal trainer at Be Well Personal Training studio and a yoga teacher in the greater Monterey Peninsula. My approach is multidisciplinary - gathering from my background in strength training, dance, yoga, Gyrotonic, and general movement exploration. I integrate these modalities to best serve whoever is in front of me.
I'm fortunate to be mentored by two incredible women in the industry - Jennifer Pilotti and Jules Mitchell. Their guidance combined with continuing education workshops and independent research keeps my own teaching fresh, relevant, and fun.
